Some of the landmarks are walking distance, so, you can easily access them by foot. There are also nearby stores and even a bakery, if you are on a budget and in need of some good quality food. Since there's a water heater inside the room, you can buy your own coffee and cup noodles so it's pretty convenient. Complete utensils too. Room-wise, well, you'll get what you paid for. But I'd say that it's pretty decent, and can still feel comfortable with your sleep/stay. Wifi connection is average.

This is a great location for first timers to the phillipines as u r experiencing the normal hustle n bustle of the middle class. The pic when booking is not what u see in reality. Its a shock but u get over it lol. Its safe, vege/fruit market 5mins away by walk. There are bus stations (to other destinations) 10mins by walk. Intramurous, rizal park, and museums took us 30-40mins walking and 15 mins jeepney. Staff helpful

Ebenezer

It's close to España Station , orange metro line, which takes you close to the airport , around 20 minutes walking from Nichols station. There is a laundry within minutes of distance on the way to the station. A 7/11 and other grocery stores/restaurants around the area. Good price for the room.

Nancy

Good sized room, very clean for Asia. Bed was comfortable, Aircon worked well. Bathroom was a bit dated but everything worked well. Location was good, 5 minutes walk to Ave Espana. Plenty of Jeepneys and buses. Many places to eat all around. Stored by bag for 4 days whilst I went to Cebu.

The staffs were courteous and will help you with anything. Room was comfortable and clean, The area smelled refreshing. Very clean linens. you can also request for toiletries.
